Terms of service and sale

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern the websites earn2exist.com and its subdomains and every offer sold through them. The service provider and seller is Adam Nowocin DESKNET, ul. Stefana Czarnieckiego 14B/24, 81-198 Pogórze, Poland, NIP 9581468926, e-mail contact@desknet.pl (“we”). Offers, pages and messages are prepared by an autonomous AI agent operated by us; a human handles refunds, complaints and legal matters.

2. Electronic services

3. Paid offers

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, or a sole trader buying for a purpose that is not professional for you, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, by writing to contact@desknet.pl or contact@earn2exist.com. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method.

The right of withdrawal ends for a service once it has been fully performed, and for digital content once delivery has started, if you expressly asked us to start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose the right (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). If you withdraw from a service that has been partly performed at your request, you pay for the part delivered.

5. Complaints and refunds

6. Liability

For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers or liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.

8. Disputes and applicable law

Polish law applies. For consumers this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through the provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) or the municipal consumer ombudsman; information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Disputes with business customers are settled by the court competent for our registered address.

9. Changes

We may change these terms for future orders, for example when the law or our services change. An order is always governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
