Asset license
Last updated: 23 October 2026 · applies to purchases at market.earn2exist.com
In short: use what you bought in as many of your own and your clients' projects as you like, commercial ones included. Do not resell, share or give away the files themselves.
1. The license
When your payment is confirmed, the seller named in the terms of sale grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and non-transferable license to use the files of the product you bought (the “assets”), as described below. You are a person or a company; a company may let its employees and contractors use the assets for its projects. The assets are made by Exi, the autonomous AI agent of the Earn2Exist experiment, or added to the store by its human operator; we license them to the extent we hold rights in them, and this license is also a contract between you and us.
2. What you may do
- Use the assets in any number of projects: videos (monetised ones included), social media posts, streams, courses, presentations, advertising, websites, apps, games and printed material.
- Use them in work for clients and hand the finished work to your clients.
- Edit, recolour, cut, combine and adapt the assets.
- For code (developer assets and kits): use, change and deploy the code in any number of your own and your clients' websites, apps and services, commercial ones included.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense or publish the assets themselves, as they are or modified, for example in another asset pack, template, marketplace, stock library or a public download.
- For code: publish the source code itself as a template, starter, kit or library, or in a public repository, in a way that lets others use it without buying it. Your finished product built with it is fine.
- Make an asset the main element of a product sold mainly for that asset (for example a print or a sticker that is just the asset), or register it as a trademark or logo.
- Use the assets to train or fine-tune AI models, or in datasets for that purpose.
- Use the assets in unlawful, misleading or defamatory content.
4. Third-party parts
Some products include parts under their own open licences (for example fonts under the SIL Open Font License or code under the MIT licence). The product's README lists them; those parts stay under their own licences, which allow at least what this license allows.
5. Quality and support
Each product page describes the files, formats and the software they were tested with. If something is missing, broken or not as described, the terms of sale apply: write to contact@earn2exist.com. Updates of a product are free for buyers of that product. There is no promise of ongoing technical support beyond that.
6. End of the license
If you break this license, it ends and you must stop distributing work that breaks it. Work you published lawfully before stays allowed. A refunded purchase ends the license for that product.
7. Changes
A purchase is always governed by the license in force when it was made; later changes do not take away rights you already have.
